Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The papers are subjected to a double blind review process and plagiarism check. The plagiarism should not be more than 25% .
Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The paper submission will be via EDAS, so authors must have an EDAS account.
